Yesterday, I went shopping for shoes—not just any shoes, but the same pair as my old ones. A couple of weeks ago, I hadn’t been using The Secret because I hadn’t read the book yet. I searched everywhere for the same model as my old shoes, but I couldn’t find them anywhere—until yesterday.

I told my husband that we were going to a specific store, and I was sure they would have my old model in my size. I wanted size 37 because I have an in-between size. When I asked the store if they had that size, they said, “Sorry, we don’t have that size.” So, I inquired about size 38. The associate responded, “Yes, ma’am, we do have the shoes in size 38.” They fit perfectly, and I was overjoyed!

I wanted to push my luck a little further, so I asked if they had two pairs in size 38. The answer was, “No, ma’am, that was the last pair in that size.” And just like that, I had found the last pair of shoes in my size.

I am still amazed at how it all worked out. I’m thrilled to have a new pair of my old model shoes. So, thank you, universe, for making this happen!
