I was disabled due to an accident several years ago and couldn’t walk. After many years of painful physical therapy, I regained some mobility, but I was so scared of reinjury that I didn’t engage in activity beyond what was necessary. After watching The Secret<\/a>, I decided to come at my health from a place of abundance and gratitude.<\/p>\n

I used meditation and the lessons of The Secret to help me shift my mindset from ‘my body is useless’ to ‘I’m so grateful for everything my body can do.’ It took me from taking a daily, painful, mandatory walk to walking for hours just for fun. Eventually, I got brave enough to jog, and my body adapted quickly, allowing me to jog injury-free for increasing periods. I went from a man who could only walk a few steps with a cane to someone who jogs for fun. I also work out three times a week because I’ve always wanted to, but I’ve never been healthy enough. My health is better than it’s been since my twenties, and it’s still improving.<\/p>\n

I attribute this drastic transformation to the law of attraction. I reframed my life with my thoughts and emotions, and everything has begun to fall into place.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
