I then studied at the University of Birmingham and went on to work for 20 years in the health and criminal justice sectors. I spent a decade in Australia in business, and now I&#8217;m back home in Suffolk running my companies in healthcare and law. I also coach mindset and wealth abundance. By the age of 12, I had changed schools multiple times, but the discipline I learned during this time taught me resilience unlike anyone else I knew. I have faced challenging relationships, but I eventually discovered the teachings of Louise Hay, which helped me rewire my neural pathways naturally, without the need for medication. I have since launched my own coaching business focused on mindset transformations and established companies that save lives. It is truly possible to change your life when you find the right direction and uncover the secrets to personal growth.
