For a couple of months, I had been experiencing sensitivity, discomfort, and inflammation in my ankles. I had gained a few kilos and recently visited a doctor who suggested it might be gout or a genetically inherited condition. While I acknowledged his diagnosis, I was determined to change my reality.<\/p>\n
I started listening to Rhonda Byrne and Joe Dispenza, focusing on their teachings about transforming my reality and manifesting a healthy body. I engaged in meditation, became fully aware of my body, and communicated with it through affirmations about how it functions in accordance with the divine order of God. I spoke to my cells, encouraging them to regenerate, and I addressed my genes, urging them to align with my affirmations.<\/p>\n
Along with these affirmations, I visualized myself walking, running, and wearing high heels, and enjoying every moment of it. I expressed love for my body and gratitude for its functionality, and I made this a continuous practice. I did not even realize the discomfort was gone until I sat in awareness of myself and recognized that the pain had vanished. This realization occurred within the first two days of shifting my reality.<\/p>\n
I am incredibly grateful and feel so empowered by the law of attraction. I now practice this approach every day in all aspects of my life.<\/p>\n
