I have known about The Secret<\/a> for many years. I had read the book, and I would practice gratitude on and off. In May of 2024, a friend suggested that we do the 28 days of the gratitude practices from The Magic<\/a>. That idea resonated immediately with me as I was already familiar with the concept of affirmations and positive thoughts.<\/p>\n

From the minute it started, I was hooked. I did not miss a single day for the entire 28 days of The Magic practices. I quickly discovered that my attitude and mindset were much more positive. I noticed the effects and the rewards would mostly happen immediately, too.<\/p>\n

I received a new mattress worth \u00a3 900 at no charge. I had been wrangling with the company for many months and had given up, but something suddenly shifted, and they offered me a new mattress. Thank you, thank you, thank you!<\/p>\n

I received a brand new set of Le Creuset pans at no charge, and they are worth \u00a3 300. Again, it was a seemingly hopeless issue, and I had finally assumed that I was not going to get anywhere. Thank you, thank you, thank you!<\/p>\n

I asked the Universe to double the income that I get from my art every month. I take commissions and it had all gone very quiet since Christmas last year. I was getting a bit worried that the sales had all dried up. However, out of the blue, I got a call asking me to do a commission piece for more money than I usually do them for. And then yesterday I took on another commission order for more than double what I normally charge. Thank you, thank you, thank you!<\/p>\n

“Money comes to me in abundance” is one of my frequent affirmations. Also, I have added, “I am very grateful for all the money that I have ever received throughout my life.”<\/p>\n

I am going to repeat the 28 days of The Magic practices because why not?! It seems obvious to keep the vibe up and to continue to reap the rewards of doing a daily gratitude practice.<\/p>\n

Of course, it is not all about money! I feel generally more grateful for all the wonderful people in my life, and I am very thankful every day. I particularly love saying thank you for every step I take as an easy way of getting the ‘thank yous’ in. I do not actually remember to do it every step I take, but I sure do it a lot more than I ever have before. I feel blessed, grateful, and very thankful for all the gifts I have ever been given and continue to receive. It really is magic!<\/p>\n
