SETTING INTENTIONS FOR THE BEST NEW YEAR<\/strong><\/p>\n

As we launch into a new year, I want to help you prepare so that you can truly make it the best year of your life. In this article I will share some incredibly simple but powerful insights and practices that will keep you on track to creating the most wonderful year of your life!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Many of us can get caught in the trap of welcoming the year ahead with open arms while at the same time discarding the passing year with negative thoughts and feelings. We may have faced difficulties during the year, or endured some tough times, and in the end the year didn\u2019t pan out the way we wanted it to. But the problem with being negative about the passing year is that we\u2019re sending that negative energy into the upcoming year! We are unintentionally sabotaging the year ahead before we\u2019ve even put one foot into it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

We must be grateful<\/em> for the year that has passed for the year ahead<\/em> to be great! Even if you had a particularly challenging year, there is still so much magnificence to be grateful for. You are here reading this, aren\u2019t you?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

So together let\u2019s create the best possible start to the year ahead by writing down TEN things that you\u2019re truly grateful for about last year! The more you feel your gratitude, the more sincere you are, the more positive energy you harness and send into the new year.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Remember to maintain your gratitude for the passing year, no matter what anyone else indulges in, and you will be stepping into the New Year ahead of the game.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

GIVE YOUR NEW YEAR INTENTIONS ATOMIC POWER<\/strong><\/p>\n

To make sure I begin the New Year with as much powerful energy as I can manifest, I watch The Secret<\/em> documentary film<\/a> every New Year\u2019s Day (or as early in the year as I can). It\u2019s impossible to watch it without being inspired, uplifted, excited, and reminded of our invincible power. As a result of watching The<\/em> Secret <\/em>documentary<\/a>, you\u2019ll be left sitting on a super high frequency, where the manifestation of your intentions has atomic power! It is the best <\/em>energy to start a New Year with!<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/p>\n

(Once again, if you are reading this and New Year\u2019s Day is still several months away, don\u2019t worry because you can set your intentions for the year ahead at any time. You might choose to watch The Secret documentary<\/a> on a day that\u2019s special to you\u2026 your birthday, or your wedding anniversary, for example, and then set your intentions immediately afterward. Or you might simply choose to watch the film today and start your year of manifesting straight away.)<\/em><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Did you know that you are actually manifesting your intentions all the time? Your life circumstances are your conscious and unconscious intentions manifested. So if our life isn\u2019t going exactly the way we want it to, then without realizing it, we\u2019ve been unconsciously intending circumstances we don\u2019t want. Every thought is an intention, so it\u2019s imperative that we begin the year ahead by intending our life consciously<\/em>!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To harness the atomic power of intention, immediately after watching The Secret <\/em>film<\/a>, sit down and write out your TOP TEN intentions for this year. Imagine that you have a Genie and you\u2019ve been granted ten wishes for the year ahead, and then make your list of what you want.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

To have your best year ever, set a reminder at the beginning of each week (Monday morning or Sunday evening) and re-read your top ten list of intentions for this year, feeling the thrill of them as though they\u2019ve manifested. Continue to do this at the beginning of each week until each one of your ten intentions has manifested!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Be aware, consciously intend, and you are using the power you\u2019ve been endowed with.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

FEELING GOOD DESPITE LIFE\u2019S DIFFICULTIES<\/strong><\/p>\n

There are likely to be some things in the upcoming year that will pull us down if we let our ego have its way. When something happens and we feel upset, it\u2019s our ego\u2019s reaction that\u2019s making us feel upset rather than the actual thing that happened. So how do we override the ego and stay positive and feeling good with life\u2019s challenges?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When you\u2019re feeling upset about something, immediately reach for anything that will make you feel even a little bit better. You could put on your favorite song or piece of music, and let it sweep through every cell in your body – and immediately you\u2019re feeling better.\u00a0 You could cuddle your pet, your child, or loved one, feeling deep love for them – and you\u2019re feeling better. You could take a short walk and do gratitude steps, mentally saying \u201cthank<\/em>\u201d and \u201cyou<\/em>\u201d with each step until you feel better. You could write a text to your best friend telling them how grateful you are that they\u2019re in your life; you\u2019re feeling better. If you have The Secret Manifestation Cards <\/em><\/a>you could draw a card, and by the law of attraction that very card will give you exactly the message you need to feel better.<\/p>\n

\"Share<\/p>\n

Your singular power to change negative circumstances with gratitude and love is simply breathtaking! When you feel gratitude or love, any upset from the ego cannot remain. And as you start to feel better everything changes because you\u2019ve changed your energy and your frequency. Use your God-given power in your life this year and set yourself free from the ego\u2019s upsets to create a fantastic life!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

HOW TO TAKE THE POSITIVE PATH <\/strong><\/p>\n

In The Secret <\/em>book<\/a> I shared what I consider to be the shortcut to the law of attraction<\/em><\/a> and a wonderful life – one practice that encompasses everything in one step. And that is to be happy now<\/em>.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Choosing to be happy now, despite what\u2019s happening in the outside world or in your life, is the key to a wonderful life. It\u2019s a decision you can make at any moment, and when you sustain it for most of the time, the avalanche of goodness that will pour into your life will take your breath away. Your days will be full of magic as the law of attraction zigs and zags only the happy events into your life. You\u2019ll make all the right decisions. Your manifesting power will be ridiculously fast. You will have clarity and you\u2019ll never be confused about what to do. You will have peace from your ego. Wherever you go, everyone will be friendly and nice to you. While you maintain your choice to be happy, the law of attraction will continue lining up all the people, circumstances, and events that match your happiness!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

But what if you\u2019re feeling down and you just can\u2019t shake it? Other than doing things to feel better, like I talked about in last week\u2019s email, there is another way you can eliminate feeling down. Because all bad feelings need your resistance to them to stay in your body, the way to be free of all bad feelings is to stop resisting them! How do you do that exactly?<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Be okay<\/em> with what you\u2019re feeling. Don\u2019t try and push the feeling away, because that\u2019s resisting it. Remember, \u201cwhat you resist, persists.\u201d Just allow the feeling to be with you, knowing that it will pass, and that it will pass even faster without any resistance to it. In fact, the moment you stop resisting a bad feeling, the energy of the feeling will just pass through your body and be gone. And that will be your evidence that you\u2019ve nailed it.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

When you can be free of the ego\u2019s negative emotions, through your decision to be happy now or through your complete acceptance of the present moment, you have actually become the master of your life and your world. It may sound lofty, but it is actually so very simple, and it is entirely possible for you.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n
