On a recent flight home, I found myself surrounded my screaming babies. I decided that from my seat, I would silently share love and tenderness with them. I began to use heart breathing, this is where you imagine you are actually breathing with your heart, and with this I visualized filling the plane with love. I am now convinced of the power we all have inside of us because I was able to hush those babies (two in the row in front of me). <\/p>\n
When the pilot announced that we had half an hour of turbulence ahead, I decided to “heart breathe” for that as well. The plane experienced turbulence for a couple of minutes and then it was still… not another bump! For both the babies and the turbulence, it seemed as though as soon as I was relaxed and still, there was harmony all around. And the really funny thing was that after I’d finished and opened my eyes, a few people here and there in the rows ahead of me actually turned around in their seats and looked directly at me. I’m pretty sure they felt the love and they were wondering what the heck was going on. <\/p>\n
A little later as we were coming in to land, the babies started up again. I wasn’t as quick to hush them this time and so I stopped and tuned in to what was going on and in doing that, I felt the parent’s hearts. I got a very clear picture of the frustration in the father particularly and I realized the babies were responding to his heart. When I went back to my heart breathing, the babies kept crying but then they started crying in unison, like a song!! Everyone around us burst out laughing – big time! I could feel the absolute relief in the parents. That gave me such faith and not to give up. While I couldn’t hush the babies myself, the Universe took care of it for me in a way that had everybody laughing.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
