I was introduced to The Secret in 2008, purely inadvertently by my old employer who received the CD\u2019s as a holiday gift . They were unopened and he said \u201cI have no idea what these are, so you can have them.\u201d<\/p>\n
I started listening to them and was intrigued, although I must admit I had my doubts. My husband and I then watched the movie and I became more intrigued. Although I was still doubtful, I started to listen to the CD\u2019s on my way to and from work. And then my whole life changed.<\/p>\n
In 2009, I was truly miserable at my job and all I can say is that the Universe does find a way. It may not be the ideal way, but it finds a way. I lost my job after 7 years and it was a mix of relief and anxiety. I truly wanted out of the job and out of the town that we were living in to experience life somewhere else.<\/p>\n
Amazingly, my husband was offered a job on the other side of the United States and we moved. From then on I really embraced The Secret. I created my first vision board which I have today and everything from that board came true, including a move back to the other side of the United States.<\/p>\n
Since then, unbelievable little things continue to happen when I am in a very positive, happy, grateful frequency that amaze me. One that is truly magical happened at a gas pump last winter. Gas prices were unbelievably high and I have a large vehicle. At the time, it took between $70-$80 to fill up my tank and I had a small discount from my shopping card that I applied to the gas price and needed to fill up. It was dreadfully cold outside so I wasn\u2019t really paying attention and just thought \u201cI wish I could fill up my tank for $50 today.\u201d I started looking off into the distance the gas pump stopped automatically when the tank was full.<\/p>\n
I looked over at the pump and it stopped at $50 even! Not $50.01, it was $50.00 even!<\/p>\n
I kept the receipt and look at it from time to time.<\/p>\n
