I want to share something with you that I found to be so true. The idea that ‘what you give out, you get’ from The Secret is really powerful! I feel incredibly fortunate to have experienced it firsthand and to be aware of what The Secret is all about. Once you tune into positive energy, everything becomes amazing and wonderful!

A few months ago, I was feeling depressed and hopeless. I was confused and anxious about my future, feeling overwhelmed and unable to cope. My life wasn’t actually bad, but I was so focused on what I didn’t have that I couldn’t appreciate the good things. I felt defeated.

I’ve always been interested in philosophy and spirituality, starting back in 7th grade when I had a bit of an identity crisis. That experience set me on a positive path in life, and I’m grateful for it.

In the past few months, I’ve been struggling, but when I decided to fully commit to The Secret and the laws of nature, things started to change, and so did I. And they still are changing today.

The first and best thing that happened was coming out of the dark place of hopelessness. As I’m writing this now, I realize that the sadness and negativity I felt were just illusions, hiding the good things. The beauty was always there; the darkness was just temporary, and I’m happy to finally see it. I want to share with you the key points of what I’ve learned. I hope it helps you on your journey, and that you come to realize these things in your own beautiful way, of course!

1. The Universe is always with us! I realized this when I started praying and expressing concentrated gratitude. The power doesn’t go anywhere; it’s always with us. We just lose touch with it, so it’s up to us to renew our connection with the Universe. It’s not right to say that the Universe has abandoned you because it never does.

2. You are the most important person in your life. Seriously! Do you realize that every moment of your life, you have to spend with yourself only? No one will be around for as long as you are in your life. So start enjoying being with yourself. For me, journaling is the way to do that. When I write, I am in love. I feel love, and I love it! Find a way to be best friends with yourself. I can now say, without hesitation, ‘I like who I am, and I am proud of myself.’ Make sure you can do the same.

3. Consciously choose more loving thoughts. First of all, the act of making a choice empowers you. Always make choices that empower you and are in line with your integrity. Choosing good things for yourself is the way to build your confidence and love. Do it! And the place to start is by choosing loving, powerful thoughts. If your mind is idle and you aren’t actively choosing what to think and focus on, then the default is surely negative thinking, which is absolutely not what we want! So please, begin to choose loving, powerful thoughts. It will help you in ways you can’t even imagine!

4. The only time to make changes is now. Don’t put off change for some future day. Planning is okay if you’re planning for today. But tomorrow? Live today as best as you can, and tomorrow will be taken care of. A beautiful present creates a beautiful tomorrow.

5. The last point is a practice I recommend you all to try. Every night before you go to sleep, count your blessings. Give thanks for your blessings, the protection you’ve received, for the day being so wonderful, for having food, for the millions of small things that show the Universe cares and loves us. Give thanks for these Secret stories, for the strangers that inspire you, for the beauty that is life, for your favorite singers, and for the things that made you smile today, and that are worth remembering.

I want to tell you all that you are so beautiful and capable. When you tell this to yourself, you really become that. You are what you think. I believe in you, in the life you live. I believe that you are reading this because our souls needed to connect, and these words were the best way. I pray for you all and send love, happiness, peace, and blessings your way.

I hope that someday we find each other and share a wonderful moment of love. It’s my sincerest and deepest wish that when I travel, I get to meet the amazing people who share their stories here. I want to stop and acknowledge you and tell you how much you enlightened the world and helped me. So please, allow me into your hearts and time. You are always welcome in mine.
