What If?

Rapid CityI am a suicide survivor, a mom, wife and business woman who has built her dream and continues to dream big. God creates miracles out of rubble. My life is beautiful and I thank God every day that I was unsuccessful in my exit attempt. I am working hard at shifting from living life like a chess game trying to control and prevent what I don’t want, to living with the ebb and flow and focusing on what is and what can go right.
I was in a cycle of experiencing what I call “gut punches” that would set my business back. These gut punches were always out of my control and would set me into a tailspin of “fixing” and the mental anguish of feeling like I was going to lose everything. I was living in fear and scarcity.
A good friend versed in manifestation, affirmations, and how universal energy gives us exactly what we ask for, stepped in to help. He has continuously mentored and reminded me to wake up, give gratitude, look at what I have, and be grateful. To speak and work towards the positive that I want in my life, and not to give attention to what I don’t want. When those gut punches happen, acknowledge them, then proceed forward with what is already good in that situation or something else. To step back and let the situation show itself and pass, then let the negative story attached dissipate, and grab hold of what good rises out of it.
This has completely changed my life, my perspective, and even my mental health. This app helps me keep on that track as a gentle reminder and to retrain my muscle memory and lifelong habits. Thank you.
