Anxiety Attack Relieved.

Thank you, Rhonda Byrne. I want to share this story, so maybe it can help some readers here. I am so grateful for all the stories here, and many of you have helped me a lot. I love reading the stories as they are very inspirational.
I have been reading The Secret for many years. It was a very positive journey in my life. But then things changed, and I forgot to practice The Secret. But a year ago, The Secret came up when I watched something on YouTube. I remembered it and started watching the movie again. I also found a copy of The Secret book and started reading it again. This time, I understood the importance of being grateful and feeling happy. It was an ‘Aha’ moment for me.
My story is about one Sunday. I wanted to go out for a walk after breakfast. Suddenly, I felt anxiety. But instead of being afraid and just sitting down, I remembered The Secret. I told myself to relax, breathe, and try to think that this is not dangerous. I went out for a walk, and the fresh air felt uplifting. I affirmed to myself when I was walking, this is not dangerous, it will pass. I concentrated on my breath, and I focused on the beauty of nature. When I came home, I took a warm, good shower. Then, the anxiety disappeared. I was so proud because I did not lie down, but I went out and took control of the anxiety.
