Have you ever wanted to achieve something great in this world? I’ve read amazing stories about people who accomplish their goals and dreams, and I often wonder how they find such satisfaction after achieving them. I’ve achieved goals too, but I often feel that there’s no true joy in me.

One sleepless night, I took a pen and paper and began writing beautiful words about someone and myself. Afterward, I slept peacefully. Months later, I watched the movie “Tears of the Sun,” and while crying, I thought to myself, if I could create emotions that inspire and uplift others, that would be something worth living for. In that moment, I reached for that paper and started singing and editing my song as if I had gone to music school. What a satisfying feeling!

The movie “August Rush” inspired me so much that I secretly decided to name myself Nkutha, because Nkutha is who I am. I have written more than ten songs and am still crafting my artwork. Soon, I will be in a music studio recording my songs. I hope each song I create, with the help of others, will touch a soul.

I may not be well-known yet, and I don’t think that’s what I want. All I desire is to touch someone’s heart because I am Nkutha, a singer-songwriter. Thank you, thank you, thank you to the universe.
