A family member’s doctor suggested conducting a few tests to rule out an infection in the body. I believed that my family member’s health was good and that everything was normal. I also made sure my family member was focusing on positive thoughts about their health. We practiced daily positive affirmations, and finally, we received the reports with normal results.

Once again, it proved to me that what we believe with good intentions is definitely going to happen. Thank you so much to The Secret for all the inspiring stories and books that help us believe in ourselves and align with God. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

However, during my August cycle, I got so busy that I didn’t focus much on trying to conceive. I began to think, “It’s okay; many people around me have had kids after five years of marriage, and there is nothing wrong with that!” My mindset shifted, and I concentrated on my weight loss journey instead. Surprisingly, this time, I got pregnant! I was overjoyed!

But just four days after discovering my pregnancy, I learned that I had experienced a chemical pregnancy, and my period arrived again.

Note: I had wished to see two lines on the pregnancy test. I asked, “Please give me two lines!” I imagined having a big belly with a baby, but I’m not sure why I only got those two lines. Perhaps I wished for it too much!

What I want to share with you all is this: be specific and clear about what you ask for, because when you let it go, the universe delivers! You need to figure out what you truly want and learn how to let it go. That’s the key.

After the tests, I got dressed, and when I came out, an ambulance was waiting for me. I ended up in the ICU for a week because my right lung was filled with large blood clots. That evening, the ER doctor called in an interventional radiology team. They removed the clots using a tiny tube inserted through my groin, and I was awake the whole time. The frightening part was when they showed me the clots; it looked like a postcard filled with them. They had to navigate around my heart to reach my lung.

After the procedure, I returned to my room, and a priest happened to walk by and asked if I wanted to see him. That was the only time I encountered him during my stay. During the procedure, they stitched me up twice, but the next day, they removed the stitches, and I ended up hemorrhaging. After three more days in the hospital, I was finally released.

If any of the doctors had not acted when they did, I would not even be here today. I truly believe that God saved me for a reason, and I have shared this story many times in the hope of spreading His love. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I started reading The Secret in January, and since then, I have manifested so many beautiful and amazing things in my life. I have always wanted to be a skinny and toned girl, and recently, I started using the law of attraction to attract the perfect figure. I visualize myself every day as a perfect  looking girl with an absolutely toned figure, wearing all the clothes I want and just looking and feeling beautiful. The result of my visualization and constant positive thinking has been amazing. Within a month of using the law of attraction, I have lost so much weight. It seems to others as though I have shrunk. The best part is that I eat everything I want because my appetite has become so small that within a few bites of food, I feel full and satisfied. I feel amazing, and it’s all because of The Secret.

Firstly, I am so immensely grateful to the Universe. My name is Priya, and I am 33 weeks pregnant and living in Brisbane, Queensland. I and my husband moved a few months ago to come here and I was searching for someone to massage my pre and post pregnancy body, and also message for our baby. I asked the Universe to find someone for me and then forgot about it.

Today my husband told me about an investment property and asked me to have a look at it in the afternoon. I decided not to take the car and to walk there instead. I discovered a short cut and in fact, I met a lady near that property.

After we met each other, she asked me about my pregnancy and told me that she gives massages at home for newborns and mothers! She was all into auras, positivity, affirmations, and yoga. I was shocked and amazed after meeting her because here in Australia, it is not common to have a daily home massage person available! I realized how everything worked in my favor and my decision to walk was predestined. We exchanged numbers and now she will be my carer for a while! What I had asked the Universe for was granted to me exactly as I had wanted. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

I have manifested so many things, but one of my absolute favorites is perfect, flawless skin and looking 10 years younger than my age.

I’ve always considered myself a beautiful person, and I’ve always felt gratitude for my beauty, but I really wanted to go one step further. I wrote in my journal a few years ago that I wanted to look 22, which is more than 10 years younger than my age. I wanted flawless skin. I have always found Billie Eilish to be such a beautiful person, and we actually have somewhat similar facial features. I let go of my wish and lived my life as usual, but what I did do differently was really focus on being happy no matter what. I would do my best throughout the day to feel happy with no strict emphasis on looking more youthful or comparing my current situation with what I wanted. I did, however, have a picture of Billie Eilish on my phone that I would look at very often. Like every couple of hours.

I then randomly felt inspired to start buying vitamin C. I did more research, and it turns out that vitamin C has always been in the makeup I used. I have also used SPF since I was young. The vitamin C produces collagen, hence making a more youthful appearance. Although I truly believe you can achieve this without products, it helped me to believe that I was manifesting what I wanted.

A year and a half later, I felt inspired to get lip filler. I previously was not in support of that, but after I got it done, I was thrilled! I was so happy with the results!!! It looked so natural and beautiful. I could not stop looking in the mirror. My confidence went through the roof, and I was happier than ever.

On my 36th birthday, which was this year, I was in a meeting with a group of people, and someone asked me what my age was. I told them, and she spit out her drink and said, “No way!!! You are joking!!! You look 22!!!” In addition to this cool moment, which was extra special because it took place on my birthday, so many other people are constantly telling me that I look so young! The best part was when I was going out to dinner with my partner. Billie Eilish randomly came up as a topic and we were both looking at a photo of her. He turned to me, and he said, “You know you could literally be her twin.” Now, how cool was that?

No matter what your goal may be, it is possible! Anything is possible! Thank you so much once again to Rhonda Byrne, The Secret team, and all of you who have written here. I searched tirelessly for appointments, but there were none available for several months. In my frustration, I decided to ask the Universe for help. I visualized my daughter sitting in the exam room with the doctor, undergoing all the necessary eye tests. I imagined her smiling and having her vision restored, with her retina healed. I requested an appointment for her the following Monday, staying excited and optimistic that she would be well taken care of.

To my amazement, I received a call from her eye doctor’s office, confirming that they could see her next Monday, just as I had asked. Thank you, Rhonda, for all your teachings and support! I will continue to practice this approach and bring more joy into our lives. Thank you, Universe! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

As soon as we got there, the doctor called my nephew to let him know that he needed to get to the hospital and give them consent to disconnect his father from the ventilator. He looked at his mom and broke down, saying he did not want to make that call. We all prayed for a miracle. In the meantime, his other grandmother (the mother of his dad), his uncle, and his dad’s favorite niece were up at the hospital. They were waiting for my nephew to come because they did not want to be responsible for making that decision either. While they were waiting, the mother suggested to her granddaughter that she go over and say her last words to her favorite uncle, who had treated her like gold. Initially, she was reluctant. However, she did it, and it was as if she had become possessed.

At first, she was making small talk about how she was doing well in school, making good grades, and getting on the honor roll. Then she began to speak about what her uncle meant to her and how he had impacted not only her life but so many other people’s. The grandmother said, “I looked over there at her and thought, wow, she’s on a roll, she’s gonna talk him to death.”

Guess what? She did. Not long after she finished her conversation with her uncle, he slipped away peacefully.

God is so faithful. He had a “ram in the thicket.” He knew it would be too difficult for the family. It was as though he heard exactly what he needed to hear, to know that his work was done and that he had made the mark he needed for those he loved. Wow, what an awesome God to rescue them from such a difficult choice.

After his passing, the family came over to the house where we all were. Man, we had the most incredible time together. We walked through the process of what had taken place, only to realize that God knew the decision was too tough and the family was not prepared to do it. So, he used the power of love to change the circumstances. We were so grateful for this huge gift, one that kept everyone’s emotions intact. It was all so bittersweet, but it created a bond between all who were there that we will never forget and be forever grateful.

This belief in the love and accuracy of the Universe has grown exponentially. I am incredibly thankful for a process that, when followed correctly, can bring an endless abundance of whatever we believe in. Just set your best intentions, have faith that you will receive what you seek, and then let it go. Watch as the Universe works to align everything perfectly.

The apartment complex had a little gym, so I was trying to keep up some physical activity and made time to jog on the treadmill for a half hour every day. I had quit smoking and was in good health. At the end of April, I went in for my one-month aftercare checkup. I explained that my body was still very tired, even with the no bleeding. Also, I was sore everywhere, even in my bones and teeth, for no apparent reason. I implored the doctor to explore further. She did a test, and sent me home telling me that it was fine, and I should feel better soon. I cracked open a beer at 10 am that morning. My partner at the time inquired, and I just defeatedly explained how I still did not feel right.

On May 2, 2016, I dropped my two kids at their high school, about fifteen minutes away from my apartment, and went back home. I had breakfast, vacuumed the apartment, and headed into the bathroom for a shower. Still feeling quite achy, I turned the heat on higher than I usually do. Once in the shower, I started to shiver and shake. I was freezing! I finished my shower and got out. Walking to get my phone in the living room, I was now having full body shakes so bad I could barely dial “911”.

About five minutes later the ambulance arrived, by this time I was vomiting and shaking uncontrollably. They could not even get an IV into my arm, and I got sick on the first responder as we headed into the elevator. They asked me where I’d like to go, and the choice was Southdale Hospital. I had been there before and was not impressed, so I asked them to take me to Waconia Hospital.

The ride was long and windy. I remember feeling like I should have a seatbelt on. Riding in the back of the ambulance felt like I was in the back of a truck going down a country road. We got to the hospital, and I was admitted to the ICU. They had to put in a ‘pic line’ to get fluids into me. My organs were shutting down. My blood pressure was 192, and my heartbeat was at 150. I was dying.

They did not know what was causing my body to go into septic shock. I was pumped with 12 bags of saline and gained 40 pounds overnight. They tested my blood every hour and had specialists come in to try and figure out what was going on. I was hooked up to six machines, three for each arm, and given an extraordinarily strong sedative and pain reliever.
They stabilized me, but I was still remarkably close to dying. They brought in the priest and let my kids, my ex-partner, my friends, and others visit me. All the doctors that came in said the same thing: “You are a very sick young woman.”

I kept thinking about Morris E. Goodman in the movie “The Secret.” How he just kept breathing and working on himself while in the hospital. I decided at once I was going to do the same.

What I did not know at the time they were processing me for sepsis was that my chances of living were less than 10%. Waconia Hospital just so happens to have been one of only three hospitals in the nation to specialize in sepsis! That choice in the ambulance worked in my favor!

Now, feeling more stable but still extremely sick, they pumped me full of antibiotics. My oxygen levels refused to come up to acceptable levels. The doctors were stymied but kept persisting. Having the pic line put in had created a blood clot in my left arm, so once my body started reacting to treatments, my left hand turned purple. Like Veruca Salt purple! It was scary to watch it spread across my hand from my pinky to my index finger in a span of a few hours.

I did not know how sick I was, but I was certain I was leaving that hospital. I told the doctors to do what they had to do, and I would never complain. As the doctors came in to treat me for my blood clot (DVT), I remembered to be positive and believed I was walking out of the hospital. I envisioned myself walking to the car and walking out of the hospital while they did the following to keep me alive:

1) They gave me an emergency thoracentesis because my lungs had taken on too much water while they were pumping in the saline to treat the sepsis

2) They did a CT-guided abdominal aspiration for multiple pockets of bacteria in my cervix, uterus, and abdomen.

3) Three Jackson Pratt drains were put in through my abdomen to help the pockets of infection still in my body.

4) I had blood draws every few hours.

5) I got a large needle in my stomach for the blood clot dissolving medicine.

Every time they thought I was getting better, something else would pop up. I just kept my vision clear and focused on the fact that I was walking out.

Even walking a week later from the ICU to the other side of the floor to get into the elevator was a struggle, but I persisted. They moved me to the other floor, even though I was still unable to move much, and had many machines and medicines attached to me.

I did deep breathing for my lungs, and soon my lungs started to heal and cooperate. The drains and medicines were getting the infection out of my body. I was fighting with little sleep and whatever reserves I had left, emotionally and physically.

Two weeks later, with many procedures completed, I walked out of that hospital. Just like in my vision, I got up out of the wheelchair and walked the final few feet into the awaiting vehicle. That was not the end of my health journey. It still took me two years, two more surgeries, and some other complications that occurred later before I was finally and completely healthy. Those doctors, nurses, and the staff at Waconia Hospital did an amazing job. But I credit “The Secret” with the mental ability to persevere in those dark nights.

I found out that the sepsis had been brought on by the abdominal ablation. It hit an unseen pocket of infection in my uterus and caused me to slowly become septic. It is a miracle I am here today to write about this.

As the years passed, I lost touch with that inner magic. However, I decided to restart my journey. Thanks to all that I’ve learned, I manifested my dream of becoming pregnant and having a happy, healthy child.

It took me years to stop feeling desperate. I began to believe and trust in the Universe and its divine timing. I focused on the belief that “The universe always has my back and everything is happening for my greatest good.” I imagined how it would feel to find out that I was pregnant and envisioned my life after my baby was born. To quiet my mind, I started meditating.

Initially, I was reluctant to discuss my desire to have a child, but I embraced it and began talking about it openly. I practiced trusting the universe’s timing. I kept visiting the doctor every month without complaining about the many injections, medications, or the time I had to take off work for appointments. Instead, I expressed gratitude for these processes, knowing they were bringing my baby closer to me.

After rediscovering my faith in the Law of Attraction after 13 years, I am blessed and grateful to announce that I am pregnant with a happy and healthy child. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
