Hi, my name is Siddhika. About 4 or 5 years ago, I interviewed at m.stock but was rejected because I got nervous during the interview.

Why did I get nervous? When I entered the lobby, the receptionist took my details and told me to take a seat where other candidates were waiting. I ended up sitting beside an unethical woman who exclaimed, “We have to face so many abusive words here if we get selected because their app hangs.” Hearing her mention “abusive words” shattered my confidence. I realized it was her strategy to eliminate as many candidates as possible to increase her own chances of being selected. As a result, I became increasingly nervous, and she seemed pleased.

When the interviewer called me in and asked me to introduce myself, I was already feeling anxious. The interviewer offered me water and then indicated that she would call in the next candidate. That’s when I understood I was being rejected. However, in that moment, I made a decision: I would join this company at any cost. Later, I interviewed at Espresso Financial Services and was selected.

One and a half years later, breaking news announced that Espresso had been shut down and acquired by m.stock, resulting in all employees being transferred to m.stock. I ultimately got the job at m.stock.
