This is a miracle breakthrough for me. The second best thing that happened to me this year, besides me expecting a baby boy, was reaching this milestone!!

I worked so hard and prayed even harder. I am so excited to announce that I am a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant now!! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

For the past two years, my beauty business, which I’ve had since July 2018, has not been as successful and consistent as I wished it would be. Many factors came into play, one of which was moving my business to another county in 2022.

Receiving this news does not mean I will shut down my business. I am still going to do what God allows me to do by all means. I am aware of how long it takes to build a steady clientele, and I have so much faith and support that I will still hold on to my business. However, it is just not to the ideal extent in this economy we are living in today. But to add to all of this, I am so relieved to have the reassurance of knowing I will have a consistent paycheck, consistent hours, a 401K, and other perks. This is just a start in the healthcare field, and a lot of growth could transpire with this big step I have taken in this direction.

I also want to mention that last year, I went back to college to finish my Business Management degree that I had started in the fall of 2018 due to feeling lost about my business and not sure what to do. However, I still had no focus and felt so lost and unsure if this was helping or hurting me.
But going into the new year, knowing I have a baby on the way is what motivated me to branch out of my comfort zone. And I honestly would like to say that I have grown an interest I did not even know I had. I am so happy I took this leap of faith and went for this opportunity! Learning about life and how to take care of others, in the midst of making life within me, really meshed together perfectly. This is even more exciting for me because I have never passed a big exam on the first try before!! Thank you, thank you, thank you! I also want to thank my son!
