I really love my best friend from high school, and we had been together for 5 years. Our friendship naturally converted to a relationship without any major proposal or anything. Even during the relationship, it never felt like a barrier because of the deep friendship we shared. It is like he knows me more than my parents know me, and I know him more than his parents know him. We even end up understanding each other at times without verbally communicating. However, our relationship ended in 2023 and then I was ghosted.

My initial response was trying to talk to him, followed by getting blocked and coming to know he might be looking to go ahead with someone else. However, irrespective of all those thoughts and realities, I was so grateful for the stories shared by people who read the book The Secret. These stories helped me manifest him texting me.

The conversations and texts are not the final outcome yet because there is a lot that needs to be worked out that requires a lot of time and space. However, at least the conversation began, and at least I got a sign that no matter what our current realities are, the friendship we established allows us to talk openly, and no one can take that place ever. Especially knowing that we are broken up, we naturally get inclined to talk about things. He hates big messages and long questions, but at least slowly, we are giving each other a chance to take time and speak. I, from my end, continue to manifest and leave it to God and the Universe because he made us meet, and he made us talk again. I know my best friend and I met for a higher purpose. There is a reason things are unfolding the way they are.
