Since childhood, I have faced many challenges and have been in a relatively stable phase of life. However, one thing that has always troubled me is my relationships with difficult people. Even the smallest trigger would leave me feeling extremely anxious.

Recently, I discovered The Secret Super App, and YouTube videos by Rhonda, which have become a bright ray of sunshine for me. I have started to see things fall into place the way I want them to, particularly in relation to a challenging person in my life. This new perspective has been incredibly helpful, and I continue to practice the techniques that Rhonda guides.

I am immensely grateful for everything.
