The other day, I was Googling the price of powdered jaggery in order to cut down on processed sugar. I saw the price and thought, “Hmm… okay, I’ll buy it soon.”

The next day, at 7:00 PM, Suresh Uncle, my new favorite person and family friend, came to my house. I made him tea, and we started talking about various topics. Somehow, the conversation turned to diet, and he mentioned that he has been eating only organic jaggery since 2023. He also told me that he buys it from a local vendor. I was surprised and asked him if the quality was good. He assured me that it was of great quality and offered to bring me a kilogram of jaggery powder. I was delighted and immediately thanked the universe for this miracle!
