I had known about The Secret for six months, but I often struggled to attract what I wanted. After a few months of trying, I realized I needed to manifest things by acting as if I already had them rather than just trying to wish for them. I really desired baby-soft skin and a height of 170 cm.

Every day, I stood a distance away from the mirror and told myself that I had baby-like skin. I looked at my childhood photos and reminded myself that I still had that flawless complexion. Additionally, I affirmed at least ten times a day that I was 170 cm tall. I collected pictures of models who had both the height of 170 cm and clear skin, which made me feel excited and inspired.
