When the book “Countdown to Riches” was announced for pre-order on The Secret Super App, I wasn’t initially excited about getting another book and wasn’t sure if it would be available in Mauritius. However, on December 16, 2025, I felt compelled to visit a local bookshop just to browse. When I inquired about “Countdown to Riches,” they searched for it and informed me they had just received some copies but couldn’t find them. I left my phone number for them to call me back and made a reservation for the book.

Eventually, I got my hands on a copy. While looking through the table of contents, I started reading a section on page 20 that mentioned, “…that you could receive unexpected checks in the mail.” The first time I received a check by mail was three years ago, for an overpayment of my daughter’s study fees, amounting to approximately Rs 2,000. I began meditating on this idea, asking the Universe how I could receive money by mail.

Seven days later, on December 22, 2025, I received an email from my manager stating that I would be receiving over Rs 10,000 in sales commissions for my November sales that had not been fully paid. I was overjoyed to discover that the Universe has unlimited ways to bring us money and riches!!

To keep track of my finances, I designed an Excel sheet on my mobile phone. One column records every transaction where I spend money (outgoing), and another column records incoming money multiplied by ten. I practice gratitude for every cent spent, believing that the more I spend, the more I receive.
