So, I will be straight away heading to my story. I decided to eat healthy and lose weight effortlessly. So every meal I ate, I would take a moment and say the following things: “Thank you, food, for blessing my body with your precious nutrition. Thank you for making my metabolism high. Thank you for taking care of my hormones. Thank you for making me slim and beautiful. ”

I had been doing this for a few days, and then today I had an urge to eat Maggi, but that’s not a healthy option for me. With a cloudy mind, I decided to make it, and out of nowhere, my mind said to look at the expiration date on the Maggi packet, something I usually never do. You won’t believe it, but the pack expired 2 months ago. This was a clear sign from the Universe to tell me not to eat it.

A sudden realization hit me, and I jumped out of joy. This clearly shows that the Universe is really with you to make your desire come true. If it wants something not to happen to you, it won’t happen. Respect and bless your food always, and it will bless you back.
