This story marks my first encounter with the Law of Attraction (LOA). In my early 30s, I had not yet finished college; in fact, I had dropped out of high school, but I later obtained my diploma through night school. For most of my life, I believed I had to work several jobs to make money, but I eventually realized it was taking away my youth. After spending a few years in my current industry, I increased my annual income to around $80,000, which included overtime and promotions in my role.

After watching the movie “The Secret,” I set a clear intention: in 12 months, I would make $250,000 per year. I visualized my goals daily and even started house hunting. I imagined driving an expensive SUV with a designer bag resting on the passenger seat as I made my way to my high-paying job. I pictured my two-story house with a yard and a pool. I committed to this vision and felt deep inside that I was destined for it, regardless of the income gap. I believed it would happen within a year.

Within the first 30 days of this manifestation, my organization unexpectedly acquired a division of another company. I was approached by my team lead, who offered me a new role that came with a starting salary of $250,000! In just 30 days, my income had tripled. I bought that SUV and celebrated with my new luxury bag. This experience transformed me into a believer; I became aware that everything I attract, be it positive or negative, I am actively creating. Life is energy.
