Two years ago, I released my first book, a memoir called ‘Singing For Supper.’ Having delved deep into my past and reflected on events and the things that led up to the events that brought to light many things about myself. Firstly, that I am not who I believed that I was, and secondly, that I can be whoever I want to be. Publishing my memoir was a release and a ‘letting go.’  Since then, I have written my second book called
‘Soul Sustenance.’ I would not have written it had it not been for my lightbulb moment of self-discovery, which happened after reading many books on philosophy, meta-science, and spirituality, including a few audiobooks by Rhonda Byrne, who explains everything with such clarity. My sister-in-law and I hear Rhonda’s voice very regularly in our headphones! Big thanks!
