The Insight.

TorontoI am a 24 year old girl with dreams and the passion to turn them into reality.
Ever since I was a child, I had a habit of imagining things before going to sleep at night. I did not know at the time that what I was doing was called visualization. My life goals were always clear. I wanted to study in a foreign country and build a successful career.
As I grew older and started to understand the complexities of life, things changed. The most eventful year for me was my first year of college. I had money, love, friends, freedom – everything a 17-year-old could want. However, my busy schedule took away the time I used to spend on visualization. Things started to take a turn for the worse. I went through a breakup, struggled with poor grades, faced financial and health issues, and dealt with family problems. It all seemed to happen at once, and I was left wondering what had gone wrong.
I had heard about “The Secret” long ago but never really considered it until a friend mentioned it. I borrowed the book and gave it a read. At first, it felt like a form of brainwashing to me, but I became convinced that I could make it work for me. I watched the movie several times to gain a better understanding of it, and I still watch it whenever I have free time.
Suddenly, life took a U-turn. Things started falling into place. I made the decision to pursue my master’s in Canada and received help from unexpected sources. My best friend supported me financially, a retired uncle covered my fees, and another friend welcomed me and allowed me to stay with him. I am feeling fantastic! Life is back on track, and I am ready to excel and make the most of it.
I want to express my gratitude to Rhonda for making life so enjoyable, effortless, and worth living.
