For a number of years, I have been dreaming about my future career. Having moved into different job roles, I knew I wanted to return to support work in some capacity. I have been wanting to become an addiction and well-being practitioner. There is an organization I always wanted to work for. I had visited their website for many months, but the available positions were always out of my area.

I have been working through Rhonda Byrne’s book The Magic and I have been doing my daily practices and gratitude.

I started visualizing the job I wanted. I felt the excitement of applying for the role, accepting the interview, and being placed in the position.

I had not looked at the organization’s website for some months. One morning, before I was about to go to work, I thought I would visit their website. I went on to the vacancy page. There was the position I had dreamed of, and it was in my area! I already had my application ready, along with my personal statement. I hit apply and then let the Universe do its magic.

I went into my current job today. I knew when the interview date was. I thought that I would go ahead and book that date as a holiday. I thought this would reinforce my visualization. During my lunch break, I received an email. I have been offered an interview on that date!!!
