I recently re-read The Secret for the second time. This time, I understood it on a much deeper level, and it feels like I have built a really strong connection with its teachings.

Yesterday, I was hanging out with a friend. We had some spicy food, and somehow, I managed to get it in my eyes. My eyes started itching and burning, and it was so annoying. I kept rubbing and rubbing, but it just would not stop.

Then, I told myself, “There’s nothing in my eyes.” I truly believed it, and just like magic, the burning just stopped. It might seem like a small thing, but it felt so shocking and powerful in that moment!

This reminded me of how much power our minds and beliefs hold. You are in control of your reality. Speak to yourself with love, and believe in the good things that are coming your way.
