For the past two years, I have been working hard to manifest the right job for myself. I tried various techniques, including journaling using the 369 method inspired by Nikola Tesla and visualizing my goals, but nothing seemed to work. I realized that since the methods in Rhonda Byrne’s book, The Secret, weren’t effective for me, I should read the source material that inspired her. So, I began reading The Science of Getting Rich regularly.

Additionally, I started practicing the Gratitude Practice from Rhonda Byrne’s book, The Magic. I downloaded, printed, and laminated a picture of a corporate office environment where I envisioned myself sitting at a computer desk. Every morning, I looked at this picture, and I did the same every night before going to bed.

On the 19th day of this practice, my desired job manifested at one of the top electrical manufacturing companies in Bangladesh. I received exactly what I wanted: the position, salary, supportive colleagues, and reasonable duty hours.

I would like to emphasize that gratitude is everything. Before we receive what we want, we must be grateful for what we already have. I am therefore deeply grateful to Rhonda Byrne, the team behind The Secret, and the late Wallace D. Wattles.
