Just as I wrote it…

I am so grateful and thankful to my sister, who introduced me to The Magic, The Secret, and The Power. Her excitement about The Magic is what got me to the bookstore. She had read some of the inspirational stories on this site, and her telling me about them inspired me as well.

I bought The Magic and began reading and following the practices. I finished the whole book and continued to follow the practices for specific areas of my life. I decided to practice “my desires.” At the time, I had applied for a job but had not started any of its process. I was still waiting for the test date, but I had already written on my list of top 10 desires that I would get this job. I wrote it exactly like this, “Thank you, thank you, thank you for scoring in the top three on the exam, and for the interview that got me the job that I started at the beginning of this upcoming school year!”

I took the exam and passed. I was invited to interview and passed both the first and second interviews. Now, this is the part that brought me to tears. I received my rank, and I was so surprised to see that I was #3 on the list. I had scored in the top three!! I was so happy and grateful because it was just as I had written it. I am a true believer.

I start my job this August!!!

Every day, I am grateful to God and the Universe for helping me change my way of thinking, feeling, and acting. I see things differently, with hope and gratitude. I am thankful to my sister for introducing me to this wonderful way of being, and also to Rhonda Byrne for giving us these books that change lives!
