Over 25 thousand people, and I found my friend!

I read The Secret four years ago, and since then, I’ve been fascinated by it. I also read The Power, The Secret to Teen Power, and The Magic. All the knowledge those books brought opened my eyes to a whole new world, an amazing world where all my dreams live.

I shortly began to make new plans, and I was so excited about using the law of attraction, the things I learned about love, and the power of gratitude from the amazing books I have cited to make them happen. But I had never been able to let myself free from my old limitations, so none of them became true yet. But this story is not about limitations! And it started yesterday.

Well, yesterday, I was in a show with a friend, let’s call her Mika, ok? So, Mika and I arrived together at the show, and both of us wanted to meet our friends there. I was wishing I could find Julia, and Mika was wishing she could find Rafaela. But the sad news was that it the venue had over 25 thousand people there, and there was no cellular phone signal, so we could not call or text. We were almost with no hope of finding them. I had even less hope than Mika because she, at least, got in touch with Rafaela before she left home, and they made plans to meet each other in front of a snack bar around there. But I, well, I had no idea where to find Julia.

Mika was in a bad mood and really negative at the time. So, by the time we were at the place where she was supposed to meet her friend, Rafaela, we simply did not see her anywhere. She wasn’t there. And Mika kept pointing to the amount of people as the reason why she couldn’t find her. But I instantly realized she was wrong. It had nothing to do with the amount of people there or the missing phone signal but with the nature of her thoughts. And I was determined to find Julia to prove it. I was putting the law of attraction into practice for the first time!!

“Thank God for guiding my legs, my eyes, and my heart so that I can find Julia.” Those were the words I started saying in my head over and over again, without stopping! Until the time I was simply sure that I was going to find her, now matter what. I kept being grateful for every step I took and every move I made there at the show because I was simply certain that they were going to bring me to Julia.

After a while, I was just enjoying the show and stopped worrying about searching for Julia everywhere I went. I was not even looking for her! I was with absolute faith that she was being attracted to me, even with the place being filled with 25 thousand people and no phone signal to call.

And then I saw some girl who looked like Julia. However, when she got closer, I saw it wasn’t her. But do you think I got upset for it not being her? No, sir! Haha, I was even more grateful that the Universe, which I see as God, had brought me a girl who looked just like Julia!

And then it happened again. Can you believe it? I was staring at another girl who looked just like Julia, and my gratitude was even bigger this time! Two girls who looked just like my friend Julia!! I started to remind myself in my mind the way Julia was, how she acted. Suddenly, even some couple who had nothing to do with Julia reminded me of the way her boyfriend hugged her. When Mika asked me to buy a soda for her, guess who I found on the way to buy that soda? Oh yes, it was Julia!

I hugged her in such a lovely way. My heart was beating so fast; it was full of excitement! I was really glad it had happened to me. Not only to find a friend when it seemed impossible but to put into practice four years of study of the law of attraction. Four years of suffering with the fact that although knowing that I had the tools to attract anything, I just had never been able to do it before. And by finding Julia there, at that moment, it was clear to me for the first time that the law of attraction really does work. Just as I had always known it did. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Now I am ready to try to use the same knowledge to achieve my dreams, just as easy as it was to find Julia at that show!

The moral of the story is that even when the possibility of achieving some goal seems to be low, you can definitely do it if you have a positive, faithful, and grateful posture about it. That’s only what it takes! So, my deepest gratitude to Rhonda Byrne, Paul Harrington and the whole secret team! Especially to Bob Proctor, who also helped me with some videos I watched online about “paradigms.” And, of course, thank you for all the inspiring stories I’ve been reading on this website!
